Alex was a fellow college student along with Cindy, Brenda, Shorty, Ray, and Buddy. She participated in the sleep disorder study that was being held by Professor Oldman in the Hill House. She was attacked but then started to have sex with ghostly Hugh Kane and he quickly disappeared when she expressed interest in becoming the new Mrs. Hugh Kane. She fell in love with Huey and attempted to get him to marry her by vandalizing his old study with admission of her love for him, but he was mad at her for giving him crabs, so he killed her with the chandelier so she could leave him alone.

- Her name is also a parody of Alex Delarge from A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess, a 15 year-old violent schizophrenic rapist that touches demention and has a strenght of eight men.
