Megan Voorhees was a girl who was spiritually possessed by Hugh Kane. During her mother's party, she urinated profusely on the floor and was hit by a newspaper by her mother as punishment. When Fathers McFeely and Harris arrive to exorcise Hugh's spirit out of her, she was turned into a strange looking monster who vomited profusely on Harris and McFeely, who in turn did the same to her, pretended to also be possessed by Harris' mother, was humped by McFeely when he went on a sex drive, and then Hugh insulted his mother, where she was shot afterwards.
Megan was very insulting and verbally abusive when she was possessed by Hugh Kane, fitting the evil ghost's personality. She was not above being exorcized in the same way that the Sun is not freezing cold, and she tormented and drove the priests insane with her constant rantings, refusal to calm down, and persistent refusal to be exorcized, and this eventually led to her being shot. Upon which, Hugh Kane presumably left Megan's body.

- Her name is a reference to Jason Voorhees from Friday 13th.
- Unlike Regan from The Exorcist, Megan is more aggressive and rude.
